Wow, what a service! I can't say otherwise.

I bought a mini wallet in 2011. Now, 11 years later, in 2022 the little pallet broke off to pop the cards out. That the thing had held up in my pants for 11 years and had done so nicely I thought was already a neat achievement. My email asking if I could have it repaired somewhere (I was thinking of gluing it) was immediately answered and I could send it to them for repair. I even received a return form with a shipping label to a return number.

6 days after I sent it, I got it back. The whole mechanism has been replaced and there are new felts in the side that prevent the cards from falling out.
