Frequently asked questions
You can create your own personalised wallet by using different combinations of our artworks and icons within the digital engraving tool. It is not possible to upload your own design in our online tool (this however is possible in our Brandstore). If you are looking for a Corporate Gift, we offer custom engravings and prices starting from 25 pieces.
We engrave our wallets with a high-precision laser, altering a very thin layer in the aluminium to reveal your design. On coloured aluminium this results in white engravings. On silver aluminium the engraving is grey. This is more subtle than the other combination.
Our powdercoated profiles are treated with a powder coating, adding an extra layer to the aluminium. Therefore, engraving is not possible. For Corporate Gift we offer screenprinting on powdercoated Cardprotectors, starting from 25 pieces.
You can purchase multiple engraved wallets and regular wallets within one order. Note that your order will be shipped as a single package within 4-6 working days.
Unfortunately this is not possible online, but you can take your wallet to our Brandstore.

Our engraved wallets have a standard warranty period of 2 years. By registering your personalisedwallet you will receive an extra year of warranty. Our Premium Collection wallets have a warranty period of 4 years. After registering, a total of 5 years applies.
All Secrid wallets are made with the utmost care and checked thoroughly before they are packaged and shipped from the Netherlands. Nevertheless, it may happen that the wallet does not function properly. Fortunately, you can often easily solve this yourself. Go to our Care&Repair page for tips on how to do this yourself. If this doesn’t fix the issue, we are ready to help you with an appropriate solution. Please contactour customer care team.
Personalised wallets are being handled manually. Because of this, the standard delivery time of engraved wallets is 4-6 working days.
Keep in mind that, once your order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or altered. Additionally, when a Secrid wallet has been personalised by using our engraving services, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Therefore, the reflection period does not apply to personalised Secrid wallets.
Be mindful that colours shown on your screen may vary due to differences in monitors.
